While swans are usually seen as quite a graceful animals, what most people don’t know is that they have an incredibly aggressive personality. Especially when it comes to defending their offspring, nest, or mates. They are known to regularly attack people who make the mistake of entering their territory, leaving no stone unturned in making sure they keep their offspring and nests protected from any harm that can potentially befall them. Even if they see you swim in a watercraft like a canoe, these swans will hiss loudly at you to warn you before physically charging towards you. And given the fact that they are the heaviest flying birds, you don’t really stand a chance against them.
Honey Badger
The honey badger is one animal that will attack any and everyone as evident from the fact that it was listed in the Guinness Book of World Records as the World’s Most Fearless Animal. Found mostly in Africa, Southeast Asia, and the Indian subcontinent, the honey badger doesn’t have a lot of natural predators. Which explains why it is so fearless. Although it weighs up to 40 pounds, it can be terrifyingly mean and aggressive, no matter who comes in front of it. Sea otter moms will abandon pups to die of starvation if the mom isn’t healthy enough to raise the pup.
Scientists have observed some male sea otters pursuing, subduing, and attempting to mate with other species, such as harbor seal pups. Once again, these acts are sometimes so violent that the harbor seal pup dies – but the male sea otter keeps attacking the pup for up to seven days.
